Z-Spar Masts use a variety of proprietary Spinnaker Cars, that fit both their Integral and Add-on (Insert) Tracks. Cars are listed separately, depending on Track type.
Many older Z-Spar Mast Sections feature an Integral Spinnaker Car Track (2″ (50mm) or 3 7/16″ (87mm) wide) extruded into the forward side.
See: Spinnaker Cars for Z-Spar Masts w/ Integral Tracks.
Most newer Z-Spar Mast Sections feature an Internal Track Receiver Slot(s), extruded into the forward side. A variety of special Tracks (25mm or 32mm wide) for Slide Rod or Ball-Bearing Cars are designed to fit these Slots. Normally a factory-installed option, the Mast must be down to install these special insert Tracks. Note that bolt-on versions of these Tracks have been used on some Masts and are also available.
See: Spinnaker Cars for Z-Spar Masts w/ Add-on Tracks.
It is sometimes preferable to install a standard T-Track, either for convenience or to allow for a greater number of Car options. While all Z-Spar Masts allow for this, Mast Sections with the Internal Track Receiver Slot (7/8″ (22mm) wide) require a plastic Track insert, Z-731P, to fill the Track Receiver Slot. The Mast must be down to install this Track insert and any of the insert Tracks.
Most Z-Spar Spinnaker Cars require a Line Control system to hold the Car in position.
Internal and External Spinnaker Car Line Control Kits are listed below.

Spinnaker Cars for Z-Spar Masts w/ Integral Tracks
Many older Z-Spar Mast Sections feature an integral External Spinnaker Car Track (2″ or ” wide) extruded into the forward side.
Most Masts will have one side of this track cut out (approximately 4″ long) near the deck, to allow for mounting the car without unstepping the mast. If this cutout is not there you will have to cut it, or unstep the mast to install these Spinnaker Cars (except for the plastic, Z-73P-AZT Car).
Spinnaker Cars for Z-Spar Masts w/ Add-on Tracks
Many newer Z-Spar Mast Sections feature an Internal Track Receiver Slot, or 2 Grooves, extruded into the forward side. A variety of special Tracks (25mm or 32mm wide) are designed to fit these Slots or Grooves. Normally a factory-installed option, the Mast must be down to install these special insert Tracks. A wide array of Slide Rod and Ball Bearing Cars are available to fit these Tracks.
